Whether you’re interested in ‘staging to sell’ or ‘styling to stay’ this is where we start! This will take place in your home and take 2-3 hours (based on a three bedroom home). We will comb through every room and define the focal point, function, and feeling that we want to convey. You will be left with a concise document consisting of a list of recommendations for edits, additions, and preparations for presenting your home.

$250, 2.5+ hours

After the list of tasks from the consult is complete, I come back to your home with a fine tuned proposal of how we can proceed to get the home photo ready! I comb through every room, make adjustments and recommendations where necessary.
At this step, I bring in small furniture, accent pieces, art, accessories, linens. We will discuss in detail what needs to be done before and during the process of showing your home for sale. This is where the magic happens!

$800+/mth full kit rental of accessories and small furniture
$3000-$6000+/mth full kit rental furniture, accessories for vacant home
(based on three bedroom home)
